RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

RETURNS

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items do not need to be unworn or unwashed to qualify — if you've tried it and it's not working for you, we'll take it back.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Free from permanent damage or alteration
  • Not marked Final Sale at the time of purchase

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for a different size or color on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Exchange eligibility follows the same conditions as returns above.

To initiate an exchange, use this portal with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom and team kit orders
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Every Mach Apparel product is backed by a 30-month warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

If your gear fails due to a manufacturing defect within 30 months, we'll repair or replace it — no runaround. Contact us at support@machapparel.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or modification
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers

You'll need your order number and the email address used at checkout. From there, select the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange and follow the prompts.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
